Heinrich Werner Bernhard von Erdmannsdorff (27 July 1891 – 5 June 1945) was a highly decorated General der Infanterie in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Werner von Erdmannsdorff was captured by British troops in May 1945. He was then extradited to Yugoslavia and was shot on 5 June 1945 in Ljubljana alongside General der Panzetruppe Gustav Fehn, Generalleutnant Friedrich Stephan and Generalmajor Heinz Kattner.
